We have some big news for the ASAC (ASA of the Carolinas)! Mark Muller with Wayne Brothers Incorporated is the new President of the ASAC Charlotte Chapter. That’s right – it is back, and it is better than ever!
Mark recently wrote a letter to introduce himself and start the chapter meetings back on a regular schedule. These are exciting times in Charlotte, both for the industry and for ASAC, with new leadership, new members and a new president.
At the end of last year a group of members put together a steering committee to discuss and plan the future of the ASAC Charlotte Chapter. The committee met numerous times over the past months and formulated a plan to revitalize the ASAC Charlotte Chapter and bring it back to the forefront in the Charlotte market.
Part of the steering committee’s process was to put together a leadership team of dedicated and talented individuals who have a good knowledge of ASAC and the construction industry. These Individuals are motivated and ready to move the Charlotte Chapter forward.
Having been a member of the ASAC Charlotte Chapter for many years himself and also a member in the ASAC Charleston Chapter, Mark understands the value ASA offers to the membership and the industry. We are excited to have him in the driver’s seat in Charlotte, and we look forward to what this year will bring for the revitalized chapter.
The next event on the schedule is Thursday, April 5th, 6:00 – 8:00 for a Social at the Sugar Creek Brewery Company. The social will be the first of several to come, but there will be some exciting educational programs on the agenda as well.
