COST: $520 per team by April 25, 2019 by 5 pm

SPONSORSHIPS:  (I will need every company’s logo that sponsors. Cut off date for all sponsor sign ups will be on April 11th)

• Beverage Cart Sponsor (total of 4 MAX) – $600 each (includes sign on the back of beverage cart in addition to Tournament Sponsor benefits. Only ONE sponsor per cart!)
• Tournament Sponsor (unlimited number) – $400 each (Includes Hole Sign, Company Name on Welcome Banner, Logo advertisement on t-shirts)
• Hole Sponsor (unlimited number) – $200 (Company name on Hole Sign)

ADDITIONAL ITEMS FOR SALE:

• Mulligans (each team can only purchase 4 mulligans) – $20
  • Includes 1 ladies tee, 2 mulligans, and 2 raffle tickets per purchase
• Poker Run (each team can only purchase 4 Poker Run tickets) – $20
  • 50/50 pot split – best 5 card draw hand wins!
• Long Putt (each team can only purchase 4 Long Putt tickets) – $10
  • 50/50 pot split – closest putt on the 18th green wins!
